 24 hours’ notice  is required to cancel or reschedule.

 Late cancellations (<24 hrs)  will be charged 50% of the service fee.

 No-shows  will be charged in full.

 Services are non-refundable  once performed.

 Gift cards & packages  are non-refundable but can be transferred or used for another service.

 Please arrive 10 minutes early  to enjoy your full treatment.
